We’ll mix water, glue, and toilet paper with glow-in-the-dark paint to create a glowing paper mâché mix, then shape it into ghostly forms that pop right off the canvas! Once it dries, you’ll have a 3D masterpiece that lights up when the lights go out. 🌙💫
