Join us for an evening of gentle movement and deep reflection! Our Gentle Vinyasa Yoga class starts at 6 PM, followed by a special Guided Meditation session from 7 PM to 7:30 PM, focused on balancing your root chakra.
Entry: Yoga studio entrance is through the alley door on the left.
